Plug-N-Play design
Our Front sub-harnesses are specifically designed to drop-in to race motorcycles. This harness connects to the three factory connectors on the right hand side of the motorcycle.
Optional Clutch Switch Inclusion
Much like our full race harnesses, we encourage our racers to retain the OEM clutch switch. Without the switch in place, the bike will not start while in gear and can cause starting line drama in the event of a stall. Bypassing the switch will allow the bike to start in gear without the clutch lever pulled, potentially causing a run-away bike or damaging tire warmers. By selecting this addition, we’ll add an extension to the sub-harness that connects to the OEM 10 pin plug (previously used by the left-hand control unit) on the left-hand side of the motorcycle, connecting your clutch switch to the factory main harness.
Headlight Circuits Deleted
Our harnesses are specifically designed for race motorcycles, so we’ve deleted the factory headlight connections and relays. This harness is NOT compatible with street bikes that retain headlights
Cleaner Harness routing
The factory front sub-harness was designed to run inside of the OEM fairings to keep it out of harm's way. On race motorcycles with fiberglass bodywork, it’s just in the way. We’ve extended our harnesses to run between the triple clamps for added protection and cleanliness.
Brand-new Connectors and wire
All of our harnesses are made with brand new OEM connectors, pins, and seals.
Durable wire sleeving
We utilize high quality TechFlex cable wrap and heat shrink - which is resistant to all engine fluids, has high temperature resistance, and is self-extinguishing. No corrugated plastic covers or electrical tape to hide the crimes present in other harnesses. *Additional colors/designs available by request. Additional fee and lead time for custom coloring
Every harness is QC tested
Every one of our harnesses is QC tested before it leaves our facility in Denver CO. We utilize PLC I/O to verify continuity through every wire and connector to ensure you receive a fully functional product. But not to worry - we still offer a money-back guarantee or replacement if there are any issues with your wiring harness.
